For Mr. John Phillips, 183 North Rear Road, Town of Lakeshore, Essex County.

Combine- sells without header: John Deere 9550 combine, 4 wheel drive, all normal monitors, serial # H09550W700615. This combine was purchased new by the Phillips & has 523 hrs. on engine, 384 hrs. on separator & is in excellent condition;
Grain Head: John Deere 920F – 20' grain head purchased new with combine & sells with homemade header wagon;
Corn Head: 6 row John Deere model 693 corn head serial # H00693X656597;

John Deere Air Seeder: model 1990 – 30' air seeder, serial # AU1990D715202, purchased new by the Phillips family, has planted approx. 2000 acres, has 70 bu. grain tank, C.C.S. seed metering & monitors;
John Deere Corn Planter: model 7000 – 6 row planter, dry fertilizer & monitor;
Tillage:
Salford model 550 – 28' pull type cultivator with heavy duty roller harrows;

Farm is located west of Belle River & east of the town of Tecumseh.
Directions: From Hwy 401 take exit # 21 south on Manning Rd (Co.Rd. 19) approx. 1 km, then go east on North Rear Rd. approx. 2 km to the farm. The North Rear Rd. is the first road north of Essex Co. Rd. 46 between Manning Rd. & Puce Rd (Co.Rd. 25). Watch for auction signs on Co. Rd. 19 & Co. Rd. 46.
