Unreserved Large Modern Farm Machinery
& 62'x150' Calhoun Super Structure
For Gagnon Farms Inc.

All machinery well maintained & in good working order.

Two Combines, Headers, Header Wagons:
Case IH 2388 Axial Flow diesel combine, serial # JJC0268218, rotor hrs 2300.44, engine hrs 3289, 800/65R32 tires on front;
Case IH 2388 Axial Flow diesel combine serial # JJC0267571, rotor has 2477 hrs, engine has 3179 hrs. This combine has grain monitor, 800/65R32 tires on front;
Note: Gagnon Farms purchased both of these combines from Can Am Tractor in Chatham. These combines were completely reconditioned in '08 & are in excellent working order.
Grain Tables & Corn Headers selling separate after the Combines:
Two Case IH 30' model 1020 grain headers, serial # JJC0326831 & serial # CBJ027431; one Case IH 8 row model 1083 corn header; one Case IH 6 row 30" model 863 corn header;
Header Wagons: all headers have good header wagons which will sell separate;

Planting Corn: Kinze model 3600 – 12 row no till or conventional planter, dry fert., 30" rows, has planted approx. 500 acres since overhaul of coulters & openers. This planter was purchased new by Gagnon Farms, is in excellent condition & plants very accurately for depth & population;

Planting – Two Air Seeders: Case IH model 2230 Precision Air Seeder 30' width, plants 48 rows. Air system serial # Y9S015107, drill serial # Y9S003174. This '09 planter was purchased new in 2008 by Gagnon Farms & has planted approx. 1000 acres, sells as complete unit with air tank, seeder & monitor together.

Case IH -ADX 2230 air seeder 30', plants 48 rows, air system serial # CBJ0007361, drill serial # CBJ0004613, seeder was purchased new by Gagnon Farms, has all new bearings & seals, & has planted approx. 2000 acres, sells as a complete unit with air tank, seeder & monitor together.

Five Tractors:
Case IH 7210 diesel tractor, 5300 hrs., serial # JJA0053576, 2 wheel drive, 5300 hrs, 18R42 tires, front end weights & rear snap on T-rail duals;
Case IH 7140 Magnum diesel tractor 7357 hrs., front wheel assist, 20R42 rear tires, serial # JJA0043858, sells with front end weights, bolt on rear axle duals & front wheel duals;
Case IH 7150 Magnum diesel tractor, front wheel assist, motor rebuilt in winter of '09/10, serial # JJA0046221, rear tires 20.8x42, tractor has approx. 8000 hrs in total, only this years work on rebuilt motor, sells with front end weights, bolt on rear axle duals & front wheel duals;
Case IH 7130 Magnum diesel tractor, 7350 hrs, serial # JJA0045211, front wheel assist, 20.8R42 rear tires, front end weights, snap on T-rail front & rear duals;
Case IH 7110 diesel tractor, two wheel drive, new engine 2 yrs ago, 18.4x38 tires, front end weights & rear snap on T-rail duals;

Small Tractor with Front End Loader & Accessories: Massey Ferguson 4WD diesel model GC2300, sells with 2350 front end loader & 60" mowing deck; MF 1351- 3 ph rototiller sells separate; Buhler model 500 – 3 ph snow blower sells separate;

Backhoe: Case 580C diesel extendahoe, new engine in '09, sells with one dirt bucket & front loader bucket; Other buckets sell separate – 36" ditching bucket, 24" digging bucket & 18" digging bucket;

Pickup Truck: 2004 Ford F 350 Lariat Super Duty, 4WD, Power Stroke Turbo diesel, dually with 143,000 km, sells with safety certificate;

Tillage: one year old set of Case IH True Tandem model 340 side fold disc 24' cut;
Three Triple K pull type model SBC series cultivators with rolling harrows. These cultivators are 34', 32' & 23 1/2 ';
Three fold up sprocket packers – these are 35', 32' & 24';
Two Triple K hydraulic reset plows – one 8 furrow & one 6 furrow;
Glenco 13 shank pull type chisel plow;

Land Leveler & Land Plane: Man-U-Farm 30'x 30' fold up land leveler with quick hitch attachment, leveler is 3 yrs old; Scott 60'x14' land plane with good blades;

Wagons- 13: two 600 bu gravity wagons with duals on back & roll tarps; six 500 bu. wagons with roll tarps & duals on back; two 500 bu wagons with duals all around & roll tarps; two 225 bu gravity wagons on good chassis; 16' flat rack wagon;

Augers: Buhler Farm King 1070 swing auger, one yr. old; approx. 25' 6" auger with 9 HP Honda motor model GX270; approx. 30' 6" auger with Honda 11HP GX340 motor;
15' Market hydraulic fert. auger;

Grain Cleaner & Seed Cleaner: large Mobil Farm King grain cleaner; large Affrell portable seed cleaner;

Grain Bins – 9: all Butler, all with aeration floors & fans. All grain bins to be removed by purchaser. Two 4400 bu, five 3300 bu. & two 2000 bu bins; plus other bin accessories;

Vacuum Grain Mover: Kongskilde Cushion Air 1000 Turbo Grain mover with 30' of flex pipe & 20' of straight pipe;

Super Structure: Calhoun Super Structure 62'x150'erected in 2008, to be removed by purchaser.

New 20 ton plus Wagon Chassis: three extremely well built no sway 20 ton plus wagon chassis manufactured on site by Mike Gagnon A.I.M. manufacturing.

Other Items: Glencoe 3 ph power ditcher; 3 ph scraper blade; 20' pull type weed wick; 445-65R22.5 tire that fits 600 bu. gravity; other tires; Riteway model RR100 rock picker 4' wide; Bush Hog model 5084T chopper with heavy duty 3 ph hookup; plus a few other items.

LOCATION

3276 North Malden Rd., McGregor, Ont. The Village of McGregor is approx. 14 km south of Windsor.

Directions: If coming from the east on Hwy 401 take exit # 14 west a short distance to Walker Rd. Go left on Walker approx. 14 km to North Malden Rd, then east a short distance to the farm. If coming on Hwy 3, at Essex take North Malden Rd west approx. 10 km to farm. Watch for auction signs.

Note: This machinery will be used for wheat harvest, therefore the hrs. on the combines & tractors will be different than when listed at the end of June.
